Since 2019, Surrigo has provided development-phase programme management for Pearson’s T Level contracts with Skills England (formerly the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education). This work has involved: programme set up and team mobilisation at contract award; management of the implementation and delivery plans, resource plans, and the risk/issue registers; regular reporting including key performance indicators; relationship management with the other Awarding Organisations; liaison with a number of additional stakeholders (such as the Education and Training Foundation and the Gatsby Foundation); submission of contract deliverables to the agreed milestones; and documentation and process adaptations to improve efficiency as the number of contracts has increased.
